3.22.10

This is what kept me occupied over the weekend (and also what I was too lazy to scan yesterday morning).

The weather in Nashville has been absolutely maddening - sunny and 70 one day, cold and raining (with threats of snow) the next. In otherwords, perfectly normal for here in Spring.

Since the weather was so changeable, I did the watercolor from a photo I took earlier. And because I always love to see where people work, I'm including a photo of my workspace/studio.

I've got a couple of ideas that I'm kicking around for drawings that are actually drawings and not my little daily doodle of my day, so we will have to see how those work out. I'm sure I'll put them up here even if I don't like them, just to show that I've been busy.

Hope you have a great week!

My son and his family live in N'ville, but he's used to the changeable weather in Michigan, so the weather there doesn't bother him. I really like what kept you occupied over the weekend, and I'm with you - it's really interesting to see where others work. Show us more, said the voyeur! lol nancy

Great Urban style sketches. I like the variety of style and subject.

Nanke~ I'm a voyeur too, shamefully so. I love when people post pictures of their homes or offices. We're pretty used to the changeable weather but after having so much snow (for us, anyway) this winter, it was just disappointing when the lovely weather went away, even for a short time!

Ramona~ Thanks for stopping by! I have an easier time with things rather than people . . . so I guess I know what I need to work on!

I enjoyed the variety on your pages. That would be a fun sketchbook to look through.
